This vase was thrown on the wheel and altered with hand formed slabs when wet. The beautiful glaze is a layered combination of three proprietary glazes.. The various hues are the result of the amount of reduction allowed during the raku firing and cooling. For use with flowers, it has been water sealed using liquid silicone.
