Raku Pottery Bowl 3
5.5"H x 4"D x 5.5"W
This stunning ceramic bowl was first created on the potter's wheel and then altered. After it was fired in my bisque kiln and cooled, I poured special proprietary glazes onto the piece before it was then raku fired. The glittering reds and oranges you see on this particular raku pottery bowl are the results of the different glazes used in the raku firing process. The various hues and textures are the result of the amount of reduction allowed during the raku firing and cooling.

This wonderful bowl makes a perfect addition to any collection. Because my process and glazes are different with every piece, no two raku bowls are alike. To see my raku pottery bowls similar to this please click here.
